i ship anywhere within the USA, canada and europe. standard shipping and handling is $9.00 per order. within the state of nevada 7.75% tax applies. every piece comes in a complimentary gift pouch wrapped with a lot of love and care.

care and cleansing of jewelry
while it is recommended, for bigger benefits, that you wear your jewelry for a longer period of time, do not wear your jewelry while taking a shower, bath or swimming. also be very careful while lying out in the sun, it is best to take your necklace or bracelet off while sunbathing.
stones catch energies which are all around us in our environment. they also take in a lot of information from the wearer. to best guarantee stones which are free of any outside influence and only carry the intended energies, it is important that you cleanse your piece of jewelry once in a while. you can feel when your necklace or bracelet needs a cleansing, because it would feel strange and sometimes even uncomfortable on your skin. if this is the case cleans your piece with a moist cloth. after you have cleansed your piece you should recharge it as described below.
charging of stones
every piece of jewelry, which leaves my studio is cleansed and energetically charged in accordance with ancient practices. i use processes like reiki to charge and activate the properties of the stones. each necklace or bracelet carries its own intention which lays deep in the chemistry of the stones. to amplify this process of energy transformation, you can charge it yourself with whatever you want to attract more into your life.
find a quiet spot where you can relax, focus and concentrate. take a few deep breaths through the nose and start concentration on the intention you would want your necklace/bracelet to carry for you. hold your piece of jewelry in your hands over your heart chakra and now visualize your intention. be very specific and hold clear and precise images. then thank in gratitude that you already have everything you need, put on your necklace or bracelet and know every time that you wear it that you hold that intention, of what it is that you want in your life, in your heart, mind and soul. now you truly made it your own very personal companion that always reminds you of what your goals in life are.

after having worn your piece for a while you can also recharge it by laying it over night on an amethyst geode. or if you do not have a geode you can also put your necklace or bracelet in a glass and stand this glass in a bowl of salt over night.
exchange/return policy
sometimes we do not listen to our intuition correctly and choose the wrong stones. in that event every undamaged piece of jewelry is returnable within the first 30 days from shipping date. the customer can either chose another necklace/bracelet or have their money back. the customer always pays for shipping.
many people believe that if a piece of energy jewelry of semi precious stones breaks, that it has done its work and successfully helped its wearer to break through blockages or tackle issues the wearer was working on. in this event the owner should rejoice and move on to other gem stones rather then getting it restrung. if a piece breaks however within the first 14 days from shipping date, the customer has the choice of getting it restrung free of charge or replaced by different necklace/bracelet of equal value. in this event, schreinerdesign carries the shipping cost.
attention please! any bracelet strung on stretchy cord is a very comfortable fit but also a great opportunity to play with the stretchy thing. the stretchy cord lasts a very long time if worn as a piece of jewelry, with a lot of respect and reverence, but it is not a toy! so please refrain from fiddling around with it ;-)
any customer has the option of a free consultation, which can greatly be of help in finding the right necklace or bracelet. having the stones innate powers work with and for my customers is what i strive for.
also bear in mind that stones are natural minerals occurring randomly in nature, hence the color or shape can sometimes be different then in the pictures shown on the web site. this is a big part of the natural beauty of crystals and makes each and every piece of jewelry a true original. on rare occurrences one specific gem stone might be in short supply on the open market, which will translate into longer production times.
